The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive leadership experience in the NBFC industry.
  • Should be an existing CEO or Deputy CEO
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
