Job Description

  • Lead the Technology & Digital Vertical: Develop and execute a digital strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall business goals. Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Utilise functional and strategic expertise to lead and mentor teams. Facilitate the on-boarding and execution of diverse projects, driving business growth.
  • Ensure Operational Stability: Maintain a steady state for all applications and processes, while focusing on change management and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Implement Digital Interventions: Leverage emerging technologies to drive digital interventions at both the enterprise level and on-ground projects.
  • Domain Expertise: Apply a strong understanding of the business domain and on-ground projects to ensure that business outcomes are maximised.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the vision, strategy, and progress of digital initiatives to executives, board members, and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Technology Leadership: 22-26 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, demonstrating deep expertise and leadership in technology.
  • Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in the EPC or industrial and manufacturing sectors, with strong business and functional knowledge.
  • Data and Analytics Proficiency: Experience in utilising data and analytics to drive the adoption of emerging technologies within the existing business ecosystem.
  • Change and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability in managing change and engaging stakeholders to drive internal and external collaborations across all levels.
  • Execution and Innovation: Capability to work both at the ground level and at the enterprise level, identifying current state challenges and opportunities for innovation.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership: Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership skills to guide the organisation's digital transformation and technology strategy.
