Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOpportunity to work with a leading warehousing platformOpportunity to work closely with the CEOAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading Integrated Fund + Asset + Development Management Organisation delivering grade A warehousing assets & industrial parks across India.Job DescriptionLead demand-side underwriting for new deals in collaboration with the Investments team.Provide key market data inputs, including expected rentals, vacancy rates, absorption trends, and leasing risks to support deal evaluations.Validate assumptions through customer and broker discussions and confirm LOIs (Letters of Intent) to de-risk forecasts.Present leasing business plans outlining customer targets and product mixes for micro-markets to support underwritten deals.Maintain and update a comprehensive 3-5-year customer demand study to capture space requirements across client segments.Collaborate with Development and Investments teams to inform and refine the business development strategyIdentify and onboard suitable brokers, IPCs, and channel partners for projects.Finalize broker agreements and fee structures as per approved business plans.Collaborate with Marketing to establish premium project positioning and create relevant collaterals.Ensure documentation is organized in virtual data rooms to support client interactions and leasing processes.Provide approvals on park-level and warehouse-level master plans to ensure market demand alignment.Proactively identify and address development risks that could impact leasing performance or revenue targetsExecute leasing plans within timelines and achieve targeted rental benchmarks.Build and manage direct client relationships through a Key Account Management (KAM) framework for marquee clients.Oversee stakeholder approvals on pre-deal sheets and lead negotiations for LOIs, Agreements to Lease (ATLs), and Lease Deeds.Manage client onboarding, project kick-offs, and handovers to ensure positive client experiences.Prevent and resolve broker-related conflicts to maintain seamless deal execution.The Successful Applicant15+ years in management consulting with a speciazliation in real estate projects Strong expertise in commercial/industrial real estate, negotiations, and stakeholder management.Proven capacity to build and maintain high-value client relationships.Ability to drive negotiations, resolve conflicts, and manage brokersWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work with a leading warehousing playerQuote job refJN-022025-6659022Job summaryFunctionPropertySub SectorLeasingWhat is your area of specialisation?Property & ConstructionLocationMumbaiJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-022025-6659022
