Job Description



  • Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a scalable business strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.


  • P&L Management: Own the full P&L for the business, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable growth.


  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales initiatives, develop key customer relationships, and expand the client base across industries.


  • Procurement & Supply Chain Optimization: Leverage deep expertise in indirect procurement to enhance sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.


  • Operational Excellence: Streamline procurement operations, improve cost efficiency, and implement best practices in supply chain management.


  • Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, procurement, and operations.


  • Tech-Enabled Transformation: Drive digital innovation to enhance procurement efficiency and customer experience.


  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with investors, clients, and internal teams to align business objectives with market demands.

The Successful Applicant



  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in procurement consulting, indirect procurement, or supply chain management.


  • Educational Background: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIMs, ISB, or equivalent).


  • Industry Exposure: Experience in B2B e-commerce, procurement, or supply chain management.


  • Proven Track Record: Strong experience in P&L ownership, sales leadership, and driving revenue growth.


  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.


  • Sales-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive customer acquisition, develop partnerships, and grow market share.


  • Leadership & Execution: Experience in managing large teams, cross-functional leadership, and driving operational efficiencies.
