Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the company's financial accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage cash flow and forecast financial positions to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and optimise efficiency.
  • Lead internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and improve accounting systems and processes to align with industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Accountant should be:

  • A Qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and auditing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
