Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company within a reputed Group that already has listed entities. With expanding operations and increasing investor interest, the company is preparing for an IPO and strengthening its leadership team to support the next phase of growth.

Job Description

  • Lead the company's end-to-end IPO process, including DRHP preparation, due diligence, and coordination with bankers, lawyers, and advisors.
  • Drive equity fundraising for both pre-IPO rounds and the IPO.
  • Manage investor relations by acting as the financial face of the company, ensuring timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial reporting as per listed-entity standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
  • Lead the FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
  • Manage consolidation of group and international subsidiary financials.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit processes.
  • Partner effectively with Big 4 firms and other consultants to drive seamless execution of strategic projects.
  • Provide strategic support to promoters, the Board, and business heads.

The Successful Applicant

  • A finance leader with 12-15+ years of experience and mandatory IPO execution exposure (closed IPO preferred).
  • Strong background in equity fundraising, investor management, and interacting with financial institutions.
  • Solid expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, governance, and listed-company standards.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and consolidation.
  • A clear communicator with the ability to represent the company confidently with investors and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required.
