Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the organisation's growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Be part of a listed firm, will be great if they have worked in the IPO process
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles within the software industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance requirements.
