Job Description

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop& execute financial strategies to support long-term business growth & profitability

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor financial controls, optimise resource allocation, and drive cost-efficiency across departments

- Investor Relations and Fundraising: Manage relationships with investors, lead fundraising initiatives, and ensure transparency in financial reporting

- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and safeguard the company's financial stability.

The Successful Applicant

- CA/CMA with 12+ years of experience

- Preferred industry background - Consumer Tech/SAAS

- Covered 0-1 growth journey and managed end to end finance function of a Seed/Series A/Series B Start-up

- Prior IPO experience will be an add-on
