Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations including CAPEX, controllership, Business Finance, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies for capital allocation and fundraising
  • Drive financial risk management and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead finance teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Worked in a CAPEX heavy business in the past with industry experience like Retail, Edtech,
  • Proven experience as CFO/CFO-1 or senior finance leader in high-growth organizations
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA,
