Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost controls and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the senior management team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Represent the company in professional associations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Identify and act on new business opportunities to enhance market position.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive and innovative.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CEO should have:

  • Lead an organisation in capacity of CEO / Business Head for atleast 5-8 years with managing the complete PnL
  • Should have directly managed Manufacturing, Sales, Operations etc. and not just have dotted reporting of operational functions
  • preferably a young leader as the average ag of the leadership in organisation is 40
