Job Description
- Work closely with the CEO and the top leadership to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals
- Manage multiple divisions such as Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing
- Manage a large team across functions
- Build innovative products and segments in line with the company's vision
- Constantly provide feedback to Sales, Technology, Product Management and Marketing departments to drive future roadmap
- Target setting, performance monitoring, coaching and guiding the individual functions
The Successful Applicant
- 7-16 years of experience in a P&L role in a leading Internet/E-commerce/Fintech company
- Tier-1 MBA/Engineering background
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven leadership skills
