Job Description



  • Financial Accounting & Controllership: Oversee the financial and management accounting processes, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards. This includes timely closure of statutory audits and maintaining a strong internal control environment.


  • Management Reporting & Budgeting: Actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis to monitor business performance. This involves conducting monthly reviews with the CFO and providing insights and projections based on financial data.


  • Process Improvement & System Optimisation: Work on enhancing existing financial processes and systems, focusing on automating functions and maximising the use of SAP. This includes participating in organisation-wide initiatives for capital productivity and cost optimisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Technical Expertise: A qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with solid knowledge of financial accounting, compliance, and management reporting standards.
  • Analytic and Strategic Mindset: Excellent analytic skills to provide insights on budgeting and performance, along with the ability to conduct effective scenario analyses.
  • Effective Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
