-Achievement of Sales Budget/target
-Making Budget and Sales Plans for short term and long term- Planning, Review and Control
-Formulating & Implementing Marketing Plans ( including policies of Distribution, Pricing) as per budget and forecast and delegation to team members, New Product Development
-Selection, Assessment and Coaching and Motivating Team members, Managing their development requirements
-Carry out Identify New Opportunities in Market, Making appropriate strategies to counter competitor's strategies through Market Intelligence
The Successful Applicant
* Science Graduate with a Post-Graduation in Marketing/Relevant Business Administration preferred
* 12-15 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Selling in a speciality organisation/BU
Achievement of Sales targets * %age of Market Share * Customer Activities (Incl Call Average, Coverage Frequency) * Staff Turnover
