About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in various segments within the broader Health care Industry in Diagnostics and Medical Devices.

Job Description

  • Identify and engage key stakeholder, both internally and externally, to showcase company products and solutions
  • Lead the development and execution of business and Market Access strategies
  • Crafting both strategic and tactical action plans for engagements with key stakeholders, both external and internal to ensure successful market access for products
  • Work with Regional APAC teams to meet the needs of the country, in terms of tools, materials, trainings and executional capability
  • Act as an ambassador for the Market Access needs in the country/country clusters for the business segments
  • Accountable for budget and operating expense management in the country

Establish and maintain relationships in Medical corporations, health ministry of approx. 20 states in India

The Successful Applicant

  • 12 - 15 years minimum experience in handling govt business with various key stakeholders in states and central health and family welfare departments and State Medical supply corporations.
  • Medical devices or Diagnostics or Pharmaceuticals background where business opportunities developed and successfully won the business for the current organization
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, Healthcare Technology, & Technical Marketing/Management)
    • Public health policy and workplace safety
    • Deep Marketing skills: strategy, branding and tactical execution
    • Market & customer-oriented: translating customer and sales input into actions
    • Analytical: synthesizing and utilizing data to derive actionable insights
    • Collaborative: able to work closely with a range of cross-functional partners
    • Organized and able to effectively prioritize
    • Self-starter with a hands-on & can-do mindset: willing to own up and get personally involved to resolve issues
    • Fast learner, intellectually curious and agile: able to quickly grasp and apply new scientific, clinical, or business concepts
    • Effective in regulated environment: maintaining compliance while achieving commercial goals
    • Functional knowledge of medical diagnostics
    • Travel as needed, about 30% of time
