Job Description

  • Managing the distributor network in the region
  • Scaling the business
  • Should have the ability to hire and retain high quality distributors , have strong analytic skill sets, people and relationships building skills.
  • Basic background in distribution management ideally in building and construction products the smarts to also manage or support B2B ecosystem .

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Manager (Sales) should have:

  • Regional Network and Channel Sales: Proven ability and experience of at least 10+ years in developing key regional relationships and drive sales through multiple channels (distributors, dealers, and retail partners).
  • Business Management Experience: Experience managing operations with a turnover of 100 CR or similar, ensuring growth, profitability, and strategic market expansion.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to guide teams, drive performance, and achieve business goals across the region.
  • Industry Expertise and Financial Acumen: Deep knowledge of the furniture fittings industry (or allied sectors) and strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
