About Our Client
Our client is one of the undisputed leaders in Ceramics & Faucets market with brands at various levels of consumer hierarchy. The brand has built a very strong presence across multiple product portfolios in the Building & Construction Industry and has been named among "Fortune India 500" Brands.
Reporting to Business Head- India, you will be responsible for the below:
- Drive over 500 Cr business for entire South India
- Develop and execute entry strategies and growth plans for the Builders, Architects, Contractors, PMCs, Dealers & Distributors in entire South India
- Build adequate organizational capability to deliver best in class customer service and key account management.
- Liaise with marketing to:- Develop appropriate communication content for Commercial and Builder segment
The Successful Applicant
You will be an Engineer and MBA and will have at-least 15 years of experience in Building Material Industry, having worked in both projects as well as distributors and will have experience of handling large scale businesses - atleast 300-400 Cr. You must be very strategic and should have handled large teams in the past.
