Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies
  • Manage the Retail/General Trade, COCO and eCom channel
  • Handle a team of 50+ people
  • Grow the business 12x over the next 3-4 years timeline
  • Launch new categories and products lines across channels

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Head should have:

  • Comes with a minimum of 12+ years of post MBA experience
  • Should have solid combined experience in handling Retail/General Trade, Modern Trade and eCom channel for newage FMCG, FMCD or comes from a omnichannel D2C brand
  • Has been in a strategic team leading role for a decent tenure
  • Should be a passionate, entrepreneurial and empathetic leader
