Offline Business Strategy* Define and drive the offline growth strategy for a BPC brand across GT & MT channels .* Identify expansion opportunities across geographies, formats, and channels* Build a scalable roadmap for offline revenue growth2. Distribution & Network Expansion (GT)* Build and scale distributor, stockist, and retailer network* Strengthen market coverage and penetration across regions* Ensure efficient last-mile execution3. Modern Trade & Key Accounts (MT)* Lead partnerships with modern retail chains and key accounts* Drive listing, negotiations, joint business plans (JBPs)* Ensure strong visibility, promotions, and category growth4. Team Leadership & Capability Building* Build, lead, and mentor regional sales teams and channel managers* Drive performance management and capability development* Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks5. Trade Marketing & Execution* Collaborate with marketing to drive offline campaigns and activations* Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and brand presence6.
