Job Description
- Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy through for aggressive growth.
- Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.
- Set up digital channels for acquisition along with developing an end to end digital fulfilment model.
- Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.
- Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling - Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions
- DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.
- Develop & implement overall collections framework.
- Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability. - Closely associate with all support groups. Operation, Finance Team and Compliance Group - Identify, Establish, participate in building a system infrastructure
- Managing profit and loss, portfolio management and customer lifecycle
- Managing various business and productivity Matrix

EDUCATION
- Essential requirement: MBA/PGDM
- Preferred: Premium InstitutesWORK EXPERIENCE
- Essential requirement: Experience of more than 18 years in Financial services primarily in NBFCs, should have handled (Micro Loans against property, Home loan) businessDesired Behavioural / Functional Traits
- Aggressive Team Player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Developing and Implementing effective sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Good understanding of company systems policies, procedures and standards
- Proficient in work scheduling, change control, problem resolution
- Transformation specialist
- Moving away from traditional way of doing business to digital enablers
- In depth understanding of Core Banking system will be an added advantage
