  • Our client is a fast growing SaaS start-up in the Sales Force Automation space. They work with 30+ leading enterprise clients in India helping them improve sales force productivity

Job Description

  • Lead the P&L of the organization
  • Help the organization in scaling the business within India and possibly expand overseas in near future
  • Led Sales, product, delivery and operations BUs with a combined team of 25+ employees
  • Work directly with the investors/promoters to chart the long term vision and GTM plan

The Successful Applicant

  • An ideal candidate would have 10-15 years of experience in IT product/IT software/SaaS/Cloud sales selling to mid size and enterprise customers within India
  • The candidate should have an experience leading larger teams of 20+ people
  • Exposure to product management is an added plus
  • Candidate should be a hustler and willing to roll up their sleeves in a startup ecosystem
