Job Description

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the FMCG department.
  • Oversee the sales operations in both GT and MT channels to maximize market reach and effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the cosmetics and toiletries sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Directly responsible for P&L management and reporting, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Head should have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on cosmetics and toiletries.
  • Open to relocation as a location, WFO.
  • Candidate should come with experience - dealing with the FMCG industry, especially in cosmetics and toiletries.
