Job Description

  • Take full ownership of the cross-sell P&L
  • Build the P&L from 0-1, with a digital first approach
  • Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven strategies to enhance funnel efficiency from lead generation to conversion.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across product, analytics and marketing.



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-16 years of experience in financial services with a focus on P&L ownership & Cross Sell
  • Stellar Academic background with MBA is preferred
