An upcoming chemicals manufacturer HQd in Delhi, with aggressive business growth plans in the near future.

Job Description

  1. Focus on New Product Development along with R&D.
  2. Process knowledge to move products from lab to production.
  3. Identify areas which can give higher profitability and faster growth to the organization.
  4. Ensure activities meet organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal framework, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  5. Demonstrate competence in handling team building activities and motivating the teams to adopt a high-performance culture.
  6. P&L, problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness.
  7. Develop & maintain key relations with Suppliers and serve as the internal leader of the organization.

The Successful Applicant

*Technical background with a knack for New Product Development

*Strategic thinking, financial acumen, knowledge about plant operations and manufacturing

*Strong knowledge of Coatings/ Adhesives.

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent People management skills and leadership skills

* Ability to survive and excel in a constantly challenging environment
