Job Description

  • Lead business finance and FP&A for a key manufacturing segment
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Own costing, BOM governance, and inventory valuation
  • Partner with sales on pricing, quotations, and margin analysis
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency
  • Manage cash flow and working capital optimisation
  • Ensure strong controls, reporting, and statutory compliance
  • Lead and develop the segment's entire finance team

The Successful Applicant

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with ~15 years of experience
  • Strong manufacturing finance background (plant + business finance exposure)
  • Deep expertise in costing, inventory, BOM, and pricing
  • Proven experience in FP&A, margin improvement, and business partnering
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel
