Job Description

  • Act as a finance business partner to GTM leaders, providing insights on sales and revenue performance.
  • Establish finance processes for the electric two-wheeler business.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to optimize revenue within policy frameworks.
  • Lead forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Recommend cost optimization strategies and align financial planning with company vision.
  • Drive analytics and foster collaboration across central and business finance teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Finance - GTM professional should have:

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in finance,
  • CA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute.
  • Prior experience in Automobile, EV or Manufacturing industry
  • Ability to work in super high growth start-up environment
