Job Description
- Identify leads through research and professional network
- Create a pipeline of new opportunities and convert them into successful closures
- Responsible for growing the business and sales volume by on-boarding new customers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients
- Set appropriate Yearly Sales Target and ensure the same is achieved
- Responsible for strategic negotiations in terms of commercials with the Clients
- Have an understanding of how the Industry functions and the market norms
- Ability to work and prepare the required deliverables for RFPs and Client Pitches
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of Work Experience with a FM/IFM Organisation
- Proactive
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Negotiate Commercials
