Our client is a is a premium building materials brand which designs and manufactures kitchens, fixed furniture and home accessories. They are looking for a Business Development Lead for Luxury Wellness Building Materials.

Job Description

The Business Development Lead for Luxury Wellness Building Materials will be responsible for the following:

  1. Business Development: Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the luxury construction industry in order to identify new business opportunities
  2. Store P&L: Take P&L responsibility of the stores and manage all customer walk-ins
  3. Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives and targets

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Strong network with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the luxury construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
