Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving business development across India with a strong lead-generation focus.
  • Support pharmaceutical, clinical labs, academic institutions, and other clients with end-to-end clinical trial services.
  • Represent the company and brand with executive presence, presenting portfolio and capabilities to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Lead should have:

  1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales/BD in CROs/pharmaceutical service organizations.
  2. Proven track record of driving new business.
  3. Executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.
  4. Depth in clinical trial logistics, distribution, and packaging solutions.
