Job Description

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of Business Support Systems (BSS).
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements and customer experience enhancements.
  • Work to develop capability beyond the usual in Finance, HCM, Customer Service, Procurement and Content Ops
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaborations to promote innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor GCC performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Provide team leadership and encourage professional development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Media & Agency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'BSS Capability Leader' should have:

  • A solid understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) and their applications in the Media & Agency industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative work style.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Media Studies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and budget management.
