They are one of India's fastest-growing manufacturers and producers of premium beauty products.Job DescriptionIn this role, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the senior leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:Establishing the brand visibility and fuelling its recognition - the candidate will be accountable to lead marketing campaigns, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channelsCreating the brand and setting up processes from 0-1Setting up a new vertical within their well-established product line and chartering out a long-term vision for the brand.Developing brand-building/activation planThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should have 3-5 years of work experience in a brand role.The person should have handled the P&L of the brand and have a strong footprint in devising marketing strategies, particularly from a digital perspective. The incumbent should have a strong understanding and inclination to work in the personal care industry, coupled with the insights to marry consumer insights to actionable pointers. Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tier 1 institute with 2-3 years experience - preferably with exposure to marketing roles.Candidates from MNC FMCG preferredThe position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management, and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.Strategic and analytical skills: A broad-based strategic thinker with exceptional intellect who is skilled in analyzing/diagnosing brand and portfolio issues and injecting the consumer's first thinking into the process.Consumer-rooted Innovation & Thinking: The candidate must be a champion for consumer thinking & have experience in product innovation and should be adept at leading insights for the process for both short-term and long-term innovationWhat's on Offer- An opportunity to work with a market leader in the segment and own an entire brand end to end.
