Job Description

* Define the brand positioning, tonality, values and ensure consistency of brand across all platforms.
* Build and execute a cohesive social media strategy that creates engagement in the financial sector and execute the social media calendar.
* Planning, forecasting, and budgeting as part of the Business team
* Forging new relationships with partners in the digital space to sustain high growth rates in customer acquisition
* Develop a business-aligned marketing strategy and build high-impact, effective, and outcome-driven Integrated Marketing Campaigns
* Develop programs to enhance consumer contact.
* Articulate & execute the strategy on customer connect.
* Own the Communication strategy for Multiact - Internal & External building an overarching, comprehensive architecture for all stakeholders.
* Support Product & Distribution team to enable the right communication medium and methodologies for the dissemination of information throughout the distribution value chain
* Manage Customer Analytics with an aim of leveraging cross-sell, up-sell, and servicing opportunities to existing customers
* Collect insights on media movements, market intelligence regarding important regulatory or industry developments
* Identify industry trends and pitch stories to drive thought leadership.
* Craft PR positioning for the brand and guide spokespersons interaction with media
* Industry forums & media: Regularly interact with Industry bodies that conduct awards and other conference. Relationship building with media on behalf of brand

The Successful Applicant

* MBA in Marketing or Mass Communications or equivalent

* 5-7 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including extensive hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building, in technology or financial services

* Experience in Asset & Wealth Management business and investment products is a must.

* Ability to understand business levers- conceptual thinking for future indicators and translation to current actionable. * Ability to persuade the leadership team to agree on brand strategy and tactics
