About Our Client

As a Brand Manager, the incumbent would be responsible to lead product innovations (concept testing, brand tracking and launching successful India specific NPDs) and lead performance marketing campaigns for a priority brand within the foods division for the client organisation.

Job Description

  • Ensure OTIF execution of the Marketing plan .Each of the Interventions should focus and help drive brand growth & increase market share. Use data and various reports to create and effective Brand AOP
  • Measurement of each campaign and reporting to codify the learning.
  • Hands on experience of Performance Marketing. Should have managed Marketing On and off platforms across key ecommerce partners, Closure of Monthly plan and measurement of the campaign will be key KPI for this role. The person should we be well versed with different terminologies of Ecom Media plan
  • Managing the future innovation projects and will be accountable to steering the projects through Innovation StageGate by liaising with different stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximise brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of branding initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign success using data analysis techniques and make adjustments as needed.
  • Manage budgets efficiently while ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and adjusting strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Create engaging content that drives customer engagement, builds trust, and increases sales.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-8 years of relevant brand management experience across FMCG industry post MBA
  • Experience in product testing, innovations and launching successful NPDs
  • Experience in driving performance marketing campaigns across ecommerce platforms
