Job Description

  • Lead the new product innovation pipeline for the organization
  • Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives and marketing plans
  • Oversee promotional activities and product launches
  • Manage market research to track consumer trends and competitor insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand presence
  • Monitor and manage brand budget and expenditures
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives
  • Manage agency partners to execute brand strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • At least 3-4 years of overall experience in brand management
  • Open to Mumbai as a location
  • Candidate should come with strong new product development experience
  • Candidate should come with experience in FMCG domain
