Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for personal care products in the FMCG sector.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.
  • Monitor and manage the brand's performance against key metrics and objectives.
  • Work closely with agencies to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • MBA from Tier-1 college (2019-2022 batches only).
  • Demonstrated experience as brand manager within the personal care category.
  • Must have handled P&L of the brand with complete ownership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and data analysis software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
