Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the brand's marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch new products.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and partners.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in the FMCG industry, particularly in Cosmetics/Toiletries.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and branding strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
