Job Description

Integrated Marketing Communication (ATL, Digital, BTL and PR) strategies and ensuring effective
operational implementation to enhance greater brand imagery and awareness

Media Management - Understanding of media planning and buying principals

Budget Planning - Planning Annual A&P budgets basis the organisation and business requirements. Work
closely with the management / business heads to plan the overall A&P Investments/approach based on
business priorities. Manage various A&P costs / investments specifically large investments like TV/ Digital/
TV Production/ Print production, etc.

Validation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaign and communication efficacy. Market and
competitive analysis on regular basis

Strategise, lead and implement corporate communication/public relation plan and calendar in sync with
organisation/Deparment requirements

Manage business profiling for leadership

Creating and building a strong engaged team with visible action plans toward the improvement of business
and brand building

The Successful Applicant

Minimum experience of 15 in advertising and marketing preferably with a mix of agency and client side

Significant experience at leadership position, leading department /function

Thorough experience in brand communication, campaigns execution, corporate communication, Media relationship
management, media planning and buying, public relationship management, managing new all mediums including digital
and social to build and support the brand
