About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in India. They have a significant presence across various product portfolios and are market leaders in their respective product categories. They are looking for a BSM for the South region based out of Chennai to handle one of the most important regions for them.
Reporting into the Region Head- South, you will be responsible for-
- Developing and driving the sales strategy
- Managing sales targets and growing the business
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and increased customer base
- Providing customized products to clients after understanding requirements
The Successful Applicant
You will be an MBA from one of the top tier business schools, with at least 8 years of sales management experience preferably in the FMCG industry. You should have had at least some experience of working in the South India market. You should have the ability to have a macro thought process while giving attention to details. You should have exceptional communication skills.
