Job Description

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives and enhance decision-making.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analytics platforms.
  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in analytics and business intelligence technologies.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their analytics and BI capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BI & Analytics Lead should have:

  • Proven expertise in business intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to present insights and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the professional services or consultancy industry is preferred.
