Job Description



  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.


  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.


  • Research and identify new business opportunities and ideal customer profiles.


  • Maintain detailed and organized records of lead interactions in the CRM.


  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach messaging and campaign performance.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points.



The Successful Applicant



  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Confidence in cold outreach and handling objections.


  • Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.


  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced work environment.


  • Bonus: Experience selling AI, automation, or document-related technologies to enterprise clients.
