We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the US sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline, engaging prospects, and supporting the broader sales organization in accelerating growth. Job Description



  • Identify and engage potential prospects across targeted industries through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting strategies


  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and articulate how the AI-driven platform delivers value


  • Qualify incoming inquiries and route high-quality leads to the sales team


  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to execute territory plans and outreach sequences


  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity tracking in the CRM


  • Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and feedback loops to continuously improve messaging and process


  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times



The Successful Applicant



  • 3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales prospecting, or outbound prospecting roles (SaaS experience mandatory)


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport


  • Experience using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and prospecting platforms


  • High resilience, coachability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment


  • Interest in AI, cybersecurity, or data governance technologies is a plus
