Financial: Responsible to drive Primary Sales and Secondary Sales deploying Customer Marketing Initiatives in the branch. Ensure Trade Investment budgets are well within agreed levels of spends as well as ROI.2. Customer: Be the owner and anchor of all National programs and initiatives being rolled out for the Branch and Sales team members within the branch.3. Process: Work very closely across all allied functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial and IT to ensure the given agenda fall into place operationally as per aligned timelines.4. Capability: Build buy-in and disproportionate share of mind and share of effort with field teams basis close work for a strong execution culture along with Branch Head.5.
