This Role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies at the Branch level to enhance brand visibility, drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and hands-on execution to engage the team to maximize market share.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

1. Financial: Responsible to drive Primary Sales and Secondary Sales deploying Customer Marketing Initiatives in the branch. Ensure Trade Investment budgets are well within agreed levels of spends as well as ROI.

2. Customer: Be the owner and anchor of all National programs and initiatives being rolled out for the Branch and Sales team members within the branch.

3. Process: Work very closely across all allied functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial and IT to ensure the given agenda fall into place operationally as per aligned timelines.

4. Capability: Build buy-in and disproportionate share of mind and share of effort with field teams basis close work for a strong execution culture along with Branch Head.

5. People: Be the voice of the Branch for building credence with the marketing function for sizable share/distribution maximizing opportunities across states/geographies within the branch.Key Deliverables:

Strategy Development: Create and Implement Branch Specific Customer Marketing strategies that align with overall Branch goals and target local consumer needs.

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to inform marketing tactics.

Campaign Execution: Design and execute promotional campaigns, events and in-store activities to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with field sales teams to ensure customer marketing strategies are effectively integrated and support overall sales objectives.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of customer marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BCMM - West should have:

  • candidate with strong customer marketing experience, currently who is working as Regional Business Development Manager, Urban Business Development Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing Manager etc.
