Through their product, they aim to reduce administrative hassles and maximize revenue for healthcare providers by automating their coding and billing with zero workflow change.

Job Description

● Take ownership of complex projects, working independently and collaboratively to deliver results.

● Proposing innovative solutions to challenging problems.

● Design and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and security requirements.

● Write comprehensive tests to ensure the robustness and maintainability of your code.

● Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical vision of the team.

● Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

● Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications are responsive and scalable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python or Java.
  • Proven track record of designing and building scalable, production-grade applications.
  • Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools is good to have.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others.
