  • Our client is part of a Multi-Billion Conglomerate and has its presence in multiple countries across the globe. They have dedicated manufacturing facilities in addition to multiple Research & Development Centres across the country

Job Description



  • Lead and manage all manufacturing functions, including production, process engineering, maintenance, quality, and plant operations.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth NPI (New Product Introduction).


  • Define and implement a world-class manufacturing strategy aligned with corporate growth and profitability goals.


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.


  • Oversee capital investment projects, plant expansion, and modernisation programs.


  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards across all facilities.


  • Lead manufacturing planning and capacity management to support demand and delivery targets.


  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.


  • Utilize data-driven decision-making and modern manufacturing technologies (automation, ERP, Industry 4.0).



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).


  • 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in machine manufacturing, e-mobility, or industrial machinery.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in design for manufacturing /manufacturing engineering in addition to production and should have handled core manufacturing processes such as Machine Shop, Powder Coating, and Assembly.


  • Proven success managing multi-site operations, large teams, and high-complexity assembly or fabrication processes.


  • Strong understanding of lean principles, TPM, and digital manufacturing tools.


  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
