Ensure alignment with NHB (National Housing Bank) guidelines and other regulatory frameworks. Develop and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework in line with strategic objectives Ensure alignment of risk policies with RBI / NHB Master Directions and other regulatory requirements.Policy & Compliance Oversight Review and challenge risk policies, procedures, and control frameworks. Monitor compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory requirements. Lead periodic reviews of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate risk-related regulatory reporting Liaise with RBI/NHB and other regulatory bodies on risk matrixPrepare and present risk dashboards to the Board Risk Commitee and senior stakeholders.Internal Controls & Audit Readiness Drive automation of risk controls and ensure audit readiness. Support internal and external audits related to risk governance. Team Leadership & Culture Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals across domains. Promote a risk-aware culture across all levels of the organization. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal governance committees.
