Job Description

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals.
  • Creating and overseeing Talent Development initiatives and leadership development programs that identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Performance and Goal Management
  • Implement the Career Architecture Framework and ensuring the integration into talent development strategy.
  • Succession planning.
  • Metrics and Organisational Change.

The Successful Applicant

  • PGDM/ MBA ( Tier 1 ) only.
  • 10+ years serving in the talent management function. (IT/ ITES Domain experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies in dynamic environments.
