Job Description

  • Maintaining financial health and stability
  • Ensuring patient safety
  • Promoting patient satisfaction
  • Play an active role in developing hospital policies and procedures, regularly reviewing policies and procedures, and revising as and when necessary.
  • Recruitment & Compliance
  • Ensure the effective and efficient overall management of the hospital
  • To be a driving force and lead the academic and research focus of the Hospital. Ensure that the Hospital brand positioning is aligned with business plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Unit Head should have:

  • Proven P&L management experience in tertiary or multispecialty hospitals.
  • Background in Sales & Marketing ready to step up as a Unit Head
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Patient- and people-centric leadership approach
  • High levels of integrity, ethics, and agility
