Job Description

  • Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure its effective functioning.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Monitor security systems and respond promptly to potential threats or breaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to the SOC team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity to strengthen the organization's defenses.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP - Head SOC should have:
