Our client is an India-focused Venture Capital Fund, that houses a 'sounding board' of large operating experts to help profitably scale various businesses. This fund builds on this expertise that bets on structural changes, scalable businesses and even under-served markets in India. It is sector agnostic, and the investor community is present globally.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead FP&A - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Oversee portfolio analysis, valuation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Manage investor relations and stakeholder communication
  • Supervise audits, enforce internal controls, and implement risk management
  • Drive automation to improve accounting, compliance, and reporting
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6-8 professionals



The Successful Applicant

  • CA with 4-6 years' relevant experience in corporate finance
  • Experience in PE/VC/alternative funds, M&A Deals is a good to have
  • Deep understanding of fund structures, audits, regulations, and automation
  • Has managed teams; with mentoring & development skills
  • Familiarity with automation tools
