Fast growing asset management firm based out of Mumbai.

Job Description

  • Drive and implement strategic business transformation & sales transformation projects.
  • Conduct in-depth activity analysis, build process maps, and document value streams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric outcomes
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in sales and business transformation
  • Proven track record in managing transformation initiatives, preferably in AMC or BFSI
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
