Job Description

The key responsiblities would include:

  • Support the CMO to craft a strategy that would spread the brand equity and create affinity and amplify the brand across the globe. Develop, implement, and monitor a cohesive annual communications & earned media plan for the Company's portfolio (for both existing and new properties globally), delivering overall company's plans including increased brand health scores, strong customer acquisition & retention portfolio expansion as well as luxury hospitality thought leadership.
  • Set clear current & long-term brand & corporate reputational goals & objectives for internal teams that help drive customer acquisition in defined target audiences and encourage use of data and insights to make evidence-based communications strategy.
  • Develop a scalable growth strategy while also optimising a blend of channels to hit brand awareness and engagement growth targets efficiently. Design and review the Marketing department's budget, to realise maximum returns. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective campaigns and communication strategies. Monitor all activations and platform campaigns consistently and improve them when necessary. Define, measure, and report the performance of all marketing channels/ campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively to build the brand image. Promote the Company as a leading luxury player to the target audience globally and oversee customer-facing communication across the Company's website, blogs, press, digital media, and social channels. Ensure good quality & accurate content reaches the right consumer timely.

The Successful Applicant

  • An ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Marketing and come with over 15 years of experience in Marketing function, having worked in the luxury space.
  • Strong grounding in classic Marketing skills. Track record of developing and executing marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Experience of working with multinationals with highly complex matrix structures and a strong focus on
  • compliance & processes.
  • International exposure would be an advantage. Experience in either hospitality/lifestyle/beauty/luxury or broader travel industry will be an added advantage.
  • Team management experience is a must
